Busy Busy Busy

Hiya

I have not stopped for the last few days.  I found a cute crochet bag on pinterest and made some for my kids.

And course course a dinosaur isn't complete without a tail

So then I decided to resurrect my facebook page.  I am going to run a competition when I get to 500 likes and the winner will be able to choose one of these little crochet bags.



And these are the ones to (hopefully) sell.

This weekend I am going out for a drink with my sister.  Just for 1 in the afternoon so I am dressing up.  I have my posh frock i bought last year but its a summer dress so I have made this to wear over the top so i dont look tarty lol

Just have to do my nails to match.

Loves Making New Stuff

Hiya

I do enjoy a challenge. And my latest was to make a sulley (from monsters inc) mug warmer.  I am quite pleased with the result.

I also made another minion mug warmer.

I finished the sparkly pink bolero after buying more wool.

And I blinged my nails again. First time I have painted flowers free hand. Will keep practising lol

Best get back to another bolero, sparkly grey and sparkly pink this time :D

Bliiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing

Good evening

We have been away at my sisters static, kids have played on bikes, fallen off logs, been on climbing wall and we have been on lots of walks.  I have also been crocheting. Cant belive I ran out of wool 2 rows before finishing.

I got bored after finishing the bolero and needed something to keep my hands busy so made myself a bracelet.

Then obviously I had to make one for my daughter.

After blinging the dog collars my friend asked me to bling her daughters shoes. These are brand new and I have been a bit nervous to do it. So yesterday,  whilst browsing the charity shop I found similar shoes in my daughters size. So I just had to bling them.

I think they turned out ok, I put the heart in as my friends shoes had a heart she put on.

I am pleased.  I just hope they last!!!!!!!!!

Might have a little play and make a gold bracelet.

Need Mod Podge

Evening

The collars I blinged the other day did not last well. Ruby has scratched her stones off, rex hasnt so thats good.  So will get some mod podge and redo it and see if that helps.

I have made more boleros

A piglet

And my daughters birthday cake which she took into school and none came back out which is a first as usually at least half of the shop bought cake comes out.

I have to admit I was quite pleased with the cake.  And am relieved none came out lol
