Bling

Hiya

Been a bit quiet, training dogs seems to keep me busy.

I have blinged up the dogs new collars though

I have also done my nails, not enoying the gel bit but I do like the nail art

And I have made a bolaro or 2 :D

Still looking for inspiration to do more stuff, I am just not in the zone at the moment.  Ah well, maybe a nap will help, well it is mothers day ;-)

Getting My Groove Back.....

Hiya

I have been so busy, not really doing anything, well decorating, and life.  And we got a little puppy.  She is a boxer called Ruby.

So cute.  And really ickle.  She does not like the cold so I crocheted this little jumper for her.  She obviously likes it as she curled up and went to sleep.

But not really done much else.  The lovely lady who does my nails (cheap as she is still training) had a special offer on this week so obviously I had to go for it.  Red tips with gel nails.  Not sure I liked them really so today I bought black nail varnish (£1 in poundland) and got louboutin nails, just need the shoes to match....

But then I decided black looked a bit dull and they needed something so I blinged them.

I know I went way OTT on them, and they wont last (changing nappies tomorrow morning will see to that!) but they look so pretty.  :D

We are still in the middle of decorating, we had a bit of a set back with having to get work done on our bedroom due to leaking bay window roof so hopefully we can get our room done now.  Then its just my eldest room, stairs and landing and kitchen.  And the carpet downstairs but will wait until Ruby a bit better at potty training before we do that.

I'm Not Scared of the Gruffalo......

I do like a challenge and the other day I was asked to make a Gruffalo hat.  So here is my Gruffalo hat.

I now need to make another one for my youngest son as he likes it so much.  So best get on with it then! lol

Busy Little Bee

Evening all

With the days now getting colder and the frost warning coming on when I drive the car, I started to make myself some wrist warmers.  My daughter decided she wanted them.  This is the first time I have crocheted shells and am quite pleased with how they turned out and how easy they were.

 

So I made these for me and added a flower, now I have to add a flower to my daughters.

 

 

For those of you on facebook, I highly recommend a group called slow cooker saddo's.  Using their recipe and my slow cooker, I made this nutella cake.  The kids loved it.

 

And finally, due to the cold weather I decided to make a hat for my Rex.  I really do think he is not at all impressed with it! 

And on that note I think its bed time where I will be hanging off the end of the bed so as not to wake Rex up who will be sprawled across the bed taking up twice as much space as me like usual.

Blinging and Booing lol

Evening all

So, yesterday was Halloween.  I did try to post last night on my phone but it wouldn't play fair.  Here I am all dressed up.  The spiders on my clothes aren't really showing much :(

 

Please excuse the state of the living room, the carpet is stained from the work we had done and the walls need painting.  Hopefully we will have them finished soon and then just need to save for the carpet.

 

I did get the dinning room finished though (except for blinds and carpet).  Here are the 2 pictures of that.  I love the red, and cant wait for the living room to be finished as well although should probably wait until my fingers stop hurting before I start it lol

 



 

And finally, look what I bought myself.  Cant wait to use it :D

Its Nearly Halloween.....

Evening all

I actually got my Halloween outfit sorted out.  I love it.  The kids helped with where to put stuff and my daughter decided on a bat necklace.  And I actually got to use my hot glue gun, I love it, I actually picked off the eye of a penguin (in first photo) just so I could glue it back on :o
